Lylia got a Tangled dress and wig from Grandma and Grandpa Fisk. She loves Princess dresses!
Getting ready for her friends to come over! Just getting her hair in ponies to play in the water!
The theme was Strawberry Shortcake. So green and pink!
I know it is only for a 4th birthday party but I like making things look nice for parties. Just how I am.
We had corndogs, strawberries, carrots and chips. I was expecting to have a few more kids than we had. Everyone went out of town for Memorial Day.
We invited friends from church over for a sprinkler water party. Grandma and Grandpa Weatherbee graciously bought the sprinkler and the small pool for Lylia, and boy did she love them!
Justin and a friend tried to fill more water balloons quickly. The kids were too quick for them though!
Justin got the day off because it was a Jewish Holiday and they didn't have any funerals, so instead he got bombarded by wet sponges!
He wasn't alone though. Lylia seemed to keep finding me and pelting me with sponges! She has a good arm.
So what do you think?! I laughed when I brought it out, but Lylia loved it, so that is good! At least we tried and we saved money.
And our favorite present was this doll house. We found it at Toys R Us in the clearance section for only $15!!!!! That is right and she loves it. Her little ponies and little pet shop toys have made it their home! I'll post a video of her blowing her candles out.

Happy birthday cute girl! I love the strawberry shortcake pink and green... we did the same for Abby's fourth birthday! And the cake... I'm sure you've noticed that I can't decorate cakes worth crap, but I definitely think homemade cakes taste better. And are more fun. So good for you! I still remember that cake you made for Lylia's first birthday and how delicious it was! It looks like you put on an awesome party for her!
Cute party!! You always make things look so nice! Love the drink stand especially. I laughed about the cake. I tried to make Maddy's cake and it turned out a dud (way more dud than your cake!) but she LOVED it. And that's when I knew kids will love just about anything you do (at this age at least). Also, Maddy watched the videos of Lylia and said, "I want more Lylia videos!" She also sang happy birthday to her with the video. cute :)
I will definitely put more Lylia videos. I haven't put video's on for a while so I will make sure to do that!
I really enjoyed all of the birthday pictures!! What a fun birthday party...Looks like it was a great hit with the kids! And I think the cake turned out cute :o) What a deal on that great doll house!!
