It has been a year since I promised Justin a small BBQ, and we found one that we can take with us when we move, and we LOVE it!! It has already been used every other day! We decided to invite some friends and neighbors over to enjoy some burgers. It was a nice warm Sunday afternoon, and so nice to relax. We have found some good friends here, and I am so grateful for that. Our ward is both young and old, and the young are mostly all students like us, so we naturally fall in the same category together. We were actually getting together to have a casual visiting teaching thing, and then we had other friends walk by and so naturally it turned into a fabulous event! It was so much fun we are going to do it again, but turn it into a missionary opportunity. I am going to invite my other neighbor that I met my first day riding the bus to work. She helped me feel comfortable about the bus, and then in weeks and months later, we talk about religion. We also are going to invite a few of Justin's co-workers and a friend from school. We are loving the opportunity to be missionaries by living here, and feel that we have a good ward here that would support them. I am going to miss this ward actually. It feels like home here although at times it has not. Looking at this picture, reminds me that there are blessings here in abundance!

It was a particularly warm week or two and so we took to the parks. Lylia loves picnics and we live down the street from one of the biggest parks in Pittsburgh. If I loved hiking I would love this park more because it has lots of walking paths. lol. I call it hiking because it has a pretty good incline on the way up and not stroller friendly really. Well of course this could be my fussy memory talki

ng... I am going to try and take the girls on walks this summer, but before I do that I need a good stroller for two that can take to terrains a bit better. We had a great time! There is nothing better than a yummy picnic with my family! These picnic days as a family are so rare that we have to catch them on film. I love my family!

Justin wanted to post a picture of the face that he has been working on. This has the eye lashes and eyebrows. He is now working on his final project which will be Rainn Wilson, who is also known as Dwight Schrute on the Office. Lets just say I am glad I am not famous knowing that mortuary students all over the US are remodeling my face as if I were dead. No thanks! lol.
