Isn't this amazing?! Justin wasn't even nearly done, and it looks so good! I am so proud of him! He truly is doing so well in school and is loving his restorative class! He is going to do so well in this profession and I am excited to see him flourish! He hopes that maybe one day this is something he can be known for as a funeral director, his ability to sculpt and reconstruct someone's face or hair so that their family can see them once more as they remember them. He is so talented!
In other fun news, this is Lylia dressing up as tinker bell with all her beautiful jewels! She is so sweet and truly makes me so happy to be around. I wish I took more time to sit still and enjoy her company. I am trying to take it slower this week knowing that my one on one time with Lylia will soon be much more limited, but I still don't have enough hours in the day to enjoy this sweet little girl!
Each morning she wakes up, comes in and snuggles in bed with me. The first thing she always asks is, "Where is daddy?" She loves Justin so much and we miss him a lot, but we are so proud of all the hard work he is doing for our family!
Lately our favorite things to make as a family at night when Justin is home, are smoothies! Lylia just waits all day so she can make them with daddy! Well we went to the store to buy some ingredients for our next smoothie and we come to the bananas and Lylia grabs them from me, starts to pet them and says, "Oh bananas how I've missed you!" I was cracking up. So funny!
Lylia loves to stay in her jammies all day. I usually have to bribe her to get out of them. And once nap time comes she asks to go right back in them. lol. I am glad it is just a stage.
Well going to the doctor last week gave us great hopes that our sweet new baby may come on her own, and that I won't need to have a scheduled c section after all. So far she hasn't shown up, but I hope she does all on her own. Lylia keeps talking to her and telling her that she is really fun to play with, and has lots of things to teach her, if only she would come out of my tummy. Lylia is going to love being a big sister, and we are so thrilled for her to be a big sister.
Preschool is going well, I had to take a break last week because I was getting so nervous the baby was going to come and I still had some stuff to do. But this week it is starting up again tomorrow. She keeps asking about it, which makes me so happy! I guess I am doing a good job.
Justin still is busy with his 20 credits this semester, which is crazy, along with his practically full time work schedule. Personally I don't know how he does it and manages to stay so positive, but I think he just hasn't had time to realize how hard it is. I am so proud of him!
Until our next post...Cute baby pictures to come!

I have a confession, that picture of the face freaks me the heck out! Whew, got it out of my system. heh. Sorry Justin, I don't know how you can do what you do, but I'm glad there are people out there like you that can do what you do because I know it's important. But...I just get the heebie jeebies easily I guess. :)
so exciting about the baby, and I am cracking up over the wanting to stay in pajamas all day syndrome. we have that at our house too.
