Popsicle anyone?

So we were at the dollar store a few weeks ago, and they had popsicle molds. I decided to get a few thinking they would make great Christmas gifts. Well I forget that when I buy something I have to hide it because I have this little munchkin that thinks everything is for her. So needless to say we had to make popsicles. Sorry Jennifer, no popsicle molds for Christmas for you. I bet your thinking, oh boy if this is the sign of Christmas to come, I don't want her to have my name again. Well anyway I found the most incredibly easy recipe, that has changed my life forever! Better than these babies:

So even though I would love to keep this recipe as a secret for all time, really if you google it you could find it too. So I will share:

Ingredients:

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 cup raspberries

1. Put sugar and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

2. Combine blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries in a blender and puree until smooth.

3. Add 1/3 cup sugar water and blend until just combined.

4. Transfer to molds and put in sticks and freeze.

You may all kiss my feet later! I know you will!

Oooh...we'll have to try that! We've been on a popsicle kick this summer too and it's been really fun. Bryan's always telling us about the little fresh-squeezed orange juice popsicles from when you guys were younger: I hope our girls grow up with happy memories like that of yummy frozen treats too!
