Dum ta dah! Apartment pictures!

Our apartment is located in this awesome house on the 2nd floor. The neat story behind this house is that it was built by the Wrigley family (as in the Wrigley baseball field in Chicago.) They lost a lot of family to the Chicago fires and when they moved to Pittsburgh they didn't want that to happen again, so they built this house entirely out of brick. It is very soundproof as well as fireproof which is really nice.

Don't you just love the ugly carpet, that is not only mismatched but also ugly and dirty!

I love my quilt rack. It is beginning to feel like home!

I found these book shelves at a shop that was in a hole in the wall, and to be completely honest not usually a store I would go in by the looks of the neighborhood and store front. But I got three of these for $90 total. Two in the living room and one in our room.



This is our memories of loved ones that have passed on.

I was informed by my mother that not only does she have this fake plant but so does my sister. I guess we all have good taste! lol.

Lylias head frame from the same place I got the shelves from but only for $20! Also Lylia's very played in room. it wouldn't matter if I cleaned it it would still look like this 5 minutes later!
