Lylia's 2nd Birthday! Lots of Pictures...

I took Friday off, and we all had so much fun. We have been telling Lylia all week that her birthday is on Friday, and every time she quickly added "Two." I think we got her so excited she didn't sleep so well the night before. She ended up waking up at 6 am to start the day. Not usual for her at all. She usually sleeps until 8. So we decided to open a few presents first thing, and then to go for breakfast. We then went to build a bear where Justin and Lylia picked out the perfect giraffe. Her name is Baby Raff, although her birth certificate says Lylia Raff. It was an early father's day present for Justin and Lylia was so happy about it. She couldn't wait to go in. After build a bear we headed to a petting zoo at Gardner's village, which I have to admit to me was a bit lame. They had a lot of sheep, and not much else. Maybe I am just a petting zoo snob, but I was hoping for cows, and dogs, and kitties, and things like that. She had a great time. She didn't know the difference. We came back just in time for a long nap! And then when she woke up we went outside to play. She pushed her baby raff around the court, like 10 times. Lylia's favorite toys were an Elmo from Grandma and Grandpa Tate that sings the alphabet. It goes everywhere with us. Her other favorite toy was an Abby doll from Grandma Weatherbee, a tea set from us as well as a play house, and her bike from Grandma and Grandpa Fisk. She has so many toys we don't know what to do with them all. I asked Justin today if she has too many or if we just don't have room for them all. He insisted that we don't have the room. It was a really wonderful
birthday. Justin and I both agree that it felt like a vacation. We sure love Lylia, and are so grateful she is 2!!! Lylia had a great time. Here are some pictures!
