We decided a long time ago that we wanted to go to the state fair. Justin had never been and he was really looking forward to the big yellow slide, and I was looking forward to the Funnel Cake of Coarse! We walked around the buildings and enjoyed just being outdoors. So here are some pictures!This is Lylia our little Turkey farmer! LOL, when we were taking this I was laughing so hard. We think she is just too cute!

Justin and I saw that Melissa and Bryan made their own butter sculptures after going to the state fair, so we were excited when we saw the butter sculpture also!

at show! Well alright they were big tigers! But aren't they cute?! We couldn't see the show very well but it was fun watching them play afterwords. And lastly this is a picture of Justin and I just outside the State fair. Lylia had fallen asleep in her car seat, so we took a picture of just the two of us! It was so much fun I can't wait until next year.

Looks like you've had some fun outings lately. We've never even been to the state fair but it looks like we should!
I'm so glad that you went. You have to seize the opportunities when you can. Life is about the happy little moments. I have never seen butter sculpture before that I can think of. They may have had it at the California state fair , but I can't remember that far back!
