So this is our little girl sucking her fingers. So cute!! I almost cried when I saw her doing this. I thought it was so sweet! I can't wait until I can see her in real life doing it.

My mom and Jennifer threw me a baby shower at the Paris Bistro in Salt Lake City. It was so fun. We sat around and chatted and enjoyed very good desserts. This is a picture of me at home with all of the thoughtful presents. Jennifer made the diaper cake! Thanks Mom and Jennifer!
A weekend of overdue projects
This last weekend I decided to finish some projects that have been in my mind for sometime, but I just didn't seem to have the time to do. So since school is done for me, and life doesn't seem as hectic anymore, I pulled out my sewing machine and started and finished a few. Here is one as an example. I bought the material for this homemade pillow a while ago, and finally made them. I made two exactly the same for our bed. I hate to toot my own horn, but I was proud of how it turned out! I'm still working on binding one of my quilts, but I made a few more burp clothes this weekend, and this week I am hopefully going to finish another baby quilt. I will post pictures of the rest when I am finished. I feel so accomplished. I really hate when projects get piled one on top of the other, and then I find more things I want to do. I now want to make a baby blessing dress. But we shall see.

My mom and step dad came out for Bryan's graduation, we all got together the Sunday before they left for a family feast. Thanks to Jennifers great cooking and hospitality might I add. We had curry chicken over rice, and Naan bread which was amazing! After linner, Justin and I played with Madeline!
Jennifer bought this toy for her, and she was walking behind it so well! We kept turning her around and she kept going back and forth with the biggest grin on her face!

Holy Cow!! I LOVE the pillows! Seriously, I want some for my house! To tell you the truth I was doubting whether they would ever get done lol. But they look awesome. I also thought the sonogram picture was soooo cute. I've never seen one where the baby was sucking her fingers. That's adorable! When did you get that sonogram done? That's not the original one right?
And I keep calling you but you never call me back. I'm about to call the police and say that you've been abducted. :) I'm excited for baby to come!
